I mean what is happening on my screen and I haven't done anything to the ftb pack other then add optifine which I have been using on ftb unleashed for a while now so I don't think its optifine.

Okay so the past couple days when playing ftb unleashed my screen only updates when i minimize the screen and it's getting really annoying cause i can't play with my friends. I've played ftb unleashed before but i don't know why it's doing this now. If you could help me this would be appreciated.
