I upgraded from the V1.0.1 to V1.0.2. In V1.0.1 I had an active quarry going with EnderIO pipes connected to a tesseract. In v1.0.2 this broke and the pipes no longer connect.. so it's definately an issue with v1.0.2. I'm going back to V1.0.1 until this is fixed...

Try pressing 'o' key to enable recipes on right hand side. It may be disabled. Note: works for me.
