Go to the 3rd floor of dungeons and behind the quartz blocks there are spawners and behind the spawners there are chests. Theses chests have feathers from time to time. 4th floor of dungeons has feather in chests from time to time as well but much harder to deal with mobs.

karmarcharger a few things i dont know if you know. 1. You have NEI addons but crafting stations from tinkers construct don't function with NEI. 2. Mariculture crucible furnace will still produce electrum and silver when metal dust is put in.

It wont work all none powered spawners dont seem to work. So anything that doesnt have something to spawn mobs such as cursed earth or a spawner will not work. Tested with the current version and every version since .09
