Well.....i found the problem. I made the powered spawner by using a wither skeleton soul spawned by a MFR spawner. That seems to be te problem. I got a soul from a nether fortress and made a new spawner and that seemed to do the trick. I now have a maxed out Draconic wither skeleton spawner with...
