In the other saves folder there's the level.dat, so I don't really know what level.dat_old and level.dat_mcr are.

Anyway my world is completely loaded, also my inventory and I'm fine with it :)

In the folder of the world that has crashed I can't find the level.dat, there are level.dat_old and level.dat_mcrI've resolved it by just creating a new world with the same name and specifics. I think that mc found a folder called like the old crashed world so he loaded it. It works!!!

Can't just write /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/java -jar /Users/User/"path for the .jar" in a script shell and then use automator? I did this and it's working perfectly.

Java 7 is available from here (Mac) Then, I think that in a computer can be more than one version of Java at the same time; that's just my guess.
