Auto fortuner?

The only autominers that can use fortune that I know of are the Arcane Bore and the Ender Quarry (from Thaumcraft and ExtraUtilities, respectively), but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for. QuarryPlus might be able to do it as well, but I'm not familiar with the mod. And there's probably a few more that I forgot.
If you are silktouching your ores and want some way to automatically fortune the diamonds, redstone, etc, your best bet might be the Block Smasher from Minefactory Reloaded. It uses RF/EU and a bit of mob essence to turn ore blocks into what they would give you if you smacked them with a fortune pickaxe.

I believe the mining ritual of Blood Magic is also able to use fortune, though it requires quite alot of work and maintenance to do so
but the block smasher is indeed the best method for fortune like Someone Else 37 mentioned.
though you might want to consider using machines like the pulverizer, induction smelter or the sag mill to process your ores aswell, as they give a pretty good yield aswell and are less RNG

No, if anyone watches hermitcraft modsauce, a member named Jessasian made an auto fortuner using gates and structure pipes to give a redstone signal at a ridiculous speed to both the block placer and breakerplus. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the pipe wires and how I could accomplish this.
Firstly, I'm going to assume that you have tried to ask this question on the modsauce places (do they have a forum? is there a subredit?)

And to everyone else: He clearly stated that he was looking for a setup using the BreakerPlus and PlacerPlus from QuarryPlus mod. The breaker can be enchanted with fortune among other things.
