The issue seems to be wireless redstone transmitters and receivers, the light from them leak through lights. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, it's really annoying for building atmospheric maps.
 
deall with them or move them some were unless you plan to rewrite code which depending on the mod is ilegal

All light leaks through non-solid blocks like microblocks and possibly stairs(I haven't used stairs for years). Make sure you block the light with full sized solid opaque blocks.
