[1.7.10] Modpack won't even start now

And I haven't a single effing clue why. I was having a problem with WAILA crashing when I looked at cows and screwing over whole worlds because of it. Sooooo, I updated it, and while I was at it, I updated Opis and MobiusCore, as well as adding EVOC. I've got the log here, if anyone wants to peruse it. Before the obvious solution comes barging its way in, I already updated to the latest version of Forge, that solution did not work.

...It was EVOC. What the hell? Why would EVOC crash Forge itself? I don't even know what to do, anymore, christ.

Fixed it, and WAILA still doesn't like looking at cows. Might be something with ProjectE, since its the latest mod I installed. Sorry, WAILA, but I think I'm going to have to disable you.
