Crash Landing quest error?

Hi Guys

I have recently been playing Crash Landing and have come to a couple of quests that I cannot complete.

The first one is the 'Metal Dust" quest. It calls for an Iron, Gold, Copper, Tin, Lead and Silver Ingot. I have produced all of these and clicked 'Manual Detect', but nothing happens??

The second quest is 'Triple Play'. The first part is called 'High Oven'. and calls for a High Oven Controller, Scorched Duct and a Scorched Drain. Which I have completed. The next part is called 'Deep Tank', and calls for a Deep Tank Controller. I have one in my inventory that I scavenged from the ruined city. But it doesn't seem to be detected and I cannot complete the quest.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I cannot continue with the Quest.

For the deep tank controller, it's a crafting task. You HAVE to actually craft it.

Did you make 4 of each ingot?
