I wonder if anyone else has noticed this:

If you run a Big Reactor which can generate more than 10 KRF/t, place a redstone energy conduit at the power tap and connect two tesseracts to this one conduit block to send power somewhere else, both tesseracts will get 10 KRF/t for a total of 20 KRF/t, while the reactor only outputs 10. Using a multimeter will "correctly" tell you that throughput is 20000.

Had the same issue when I had a REC connecting up to a corner of a EnderIO Capacitor bank, forming 2 connections in the same block. Thought it was a bug with the Capacitor bank, but guess it could have been the turbine too in light of this.

Or could simply be a bug with the conduits. It is not like its the first bug with any of the conduits/ducts in TE3, and from what I can gather there seems to be no intention to fix it for 1.6 versions.
