Modpack making help.

So I have been working on this modpack but at the moment I am pretty much stuck with it.
Since this is my first modpack and it needs to be modified quite a bit I need a little help with it.

I'm mainly having issues with:
Mob spawning
Custom chest loot mod
Minetweaker
A few Tinkers Construct things
Things I might not even know about yet.

Now if you do know quite a lot about making modpacks and you want to help let me know and I'll start a conversation on the forum.
Its a 1.6.4 Blood n Bones inspired pack and of course you will get access to it but you can't send it to anybody else.

I'd be willing to help. I have experience with these sort of things. And if I can't handle it, I have friends that can help
