Ways to Make it rain in FTB Monster

I am running on a monster server with ars magic 2 installed, and am trying to battle the water guardian. wondering if there are any other ways besides the rainmaker in the pack or ars magic itself that can make it rain

If blood magic is installed, a weak ritual stone with a water block on the top when activated will cause rain
Beware, it takes 5000 LP per activation, so if you haven't got blood in your life network, trying to activate it will kill you

It's the red ritual stone, not the master ritual stone

I think there's an arse magica spell that will make it rain. I know there's one to banish it, and the flavor text of "thunderstorm" makes it sound like it could be what you're looking for.

the imperfect ritual stone requires a bound weak activation crystal. so, yes you can "borrow" you friend's network

Forestry rainmaker. It's a bit up there, but it's another option.
I personally prefer the BM way; either the imperfect ritual or an "Orb of Storm".

If you have the Gravestone mod installed, there's a block that spawns in the crypts called a Thunder stone (?) that makes it starting raining and thundering when you walk over it
