Re world Gen

Does anyone know how to re world generate? I have been playing for a while in the monster pack with the mod Geostrata. Because of the many, many different types of stone in the world i have removed it. Upon removing it of course there are huge holes were the different materials were. Does anyone know how to re world generate? Thanks :)

Using mcedit you can remove chunks. Note however that anything you put in those chunks will be removed as well.

But it really does need getting used to. And make sure you always have backups, if you mess up you're screwed.
