Fastest way to charge blood orbs? [Blood Magic]

Currently I have an auto clicker hitting a regen crystal while I hold RMB. It's kinda slow and it takes forever to charge a master blood orb. What's some faster ways?
 
I already have 8 speed runes and I can't keep it full. But that is self sacrifice. I know you can sacrifice mobs but I don't know how to do it quickly.

Well of Suffering with a mob spawner is what you're looking for.
 
Ritual of the feathered knife works if you don't want to use mobs. Build that and ritual of regen under your altar and Just AFK for a bit and you should be good to go

You the altar does not need to be kept full when charging an orb, the orbs will just take any LP available in the altar and never complain.

I went with the Well Of Suffering, thanks a bunch. Threw a bunch of mobs in there with Entity Movers from Random Things and I am healing them with a Regeneration Crystal from GeoStrata.
