i right click on computer and chose manage
after that i chose device manager and go to display adapter and then right click on (( intel(R) hd graphics card 4000 ))
and chose update driver software
after all that
it show to me this massage (( the best driver software for your device is already installed[DOUBLEPOST=1388943206][/DOUBLEPOST]my laptop is
HP probook 4540s

No never use that method ever to update your drivers that just uses windows update and will usually always say that. Always use the manfacture website or in your case hp.

Go to the hp support link below and choose the auto detect option. If you are not from the UK then choose the second link which should be the same but in your own language.

I checked the drivers for all three listed versions of windows 7 and they are the same so it should work for ultimate as well. Just remember to go for the 64bit version.

The reason I asked you to update your drivers is because I looked at another site with the same error and they recommended to update their drivers.

Edit: Does your laptop only have the one graphics card because there are drivers for two listed, one is intel and the other amd.

Did you notice my edit regarding the two downloads for graphics cards.

Follow the path below to make sure you don't have two graphics cards in your system.

control panel --> system & security --> system --> device manager

Now click the triangle next to display adapters. Tell me if there are one or two entries there.

Edit: Can you post a new log to see if the error is different.
