Gregtech Universal Macerator?

There is machine in Gregtech called "Universal Macerator".
It says in tooltip: "Macerator + Pulverizer + Rock Crusher in one machine"
But what is actually different in Universal Macerator compared to normal Automatic-Macerator?
It has same interface and same recipes. I don't get it.
(Please don't post hate about Gregtech here)

A-Macerator can only macerate the maceratable ) :

Basically in a layman terms:
It adds Pulverizer(TE)+Rock Crusher(RC)+Macerator(IC2) recipes in a new block
So for example:
You can macerate(IC2) Spider Eyes to make Grin Powder.
But you can't pulverize(TE) Spider Eyes to make Grin Powder.
Or
You can pulverize(TE) Wood to make Wood Chips.
But you can't macerate(IC2) Wood to make Wood Chips.

LOL. It's similar to the hook on Hovi Baby. I don't know if it's derivative or not but it's my favorite track from him. Oh well.
