you need to remap the function key for the toggling function of IC2, it seems to not work properly anymore for people on the default "M"

Cheers for that.
Yeah worked it out eventually. Changed mode ket to "H" for Hover :) I like my hover mode for exploring the nether and finding the Fortress.

just remember, your "H" is also now used for change the modes for the mining laser and electric wrench
 
How does one do this remapping? I've changed the conflict with M it still didn't work, so I set it to H and still nothing

I presume its "Options->Controls->Mode Switch Key"? But its not working for me.
