Problem with MFR's Planter.

Trying to make Cactus/Sugar Cane/Tree Farms, but nothing plants. All that's planting are seeds, carrots and potatoes.

What am i doing wrong?

Yes, power is being supplied.

Also, saplings are planted one after the other.

harvester doesnt touch bottom cactus block, so i assume same goes for sugar cane, so there is simply no need to plan them with planter.

No, no water or sand. I can't find any tutorials on this.

... Those are the conditions for Sugar Cane (1 block near to Water) and Cactus (Sand).
They need to. It's a Vanilla mechanic.

I think you can plant them on xychorium soil without the need of those things. I'm positive about the cactus being plantable on xychorium soil, not sure about reeds though.

OK, watched a couple of videos and one individual said that the planter is NOT needed, all that is required is the harvester and it will take it to only one block high.
