How to harvest fuits off Walnut Trees?

Hey guys,

i have a huge problem, well its huge for me:
how do i harvest the fruits off trees, for exmaple walnuts or sweet chestnuts?
One method is to break them but then i always have to grow another tree cant i just take the fruits and the leaves will grow the fruits again?

The only way to harvest without breaking the leaves it using a multifarm, as far as I know.
