Problem SinglePlayer Lag

İ playing pack so good my fps is around 80-120 but i find gold so i need kill pigman i punching pigmans and 3 seconds later suddenly come to my face and i am falling void do you have solution for this and i giving 3 gb ram

I forget house much ram we recommend but the lag should be better in and coming update.
