Open not working with last 3 forge updates

Summary of the problem not working with last 3 forge updates

Pack Version 1.8

What is the bug? as the title says, because of this, I can't update mods, I updated forge manually. but wouldn't start.

Mod & Version latest immersive engineering is an example. many other mods have already updated as well

Is it repeatable? install the forge folder, updated the json in 2 locations. try with any version above 2651

Forgive me, but why are you upgrading forge for? Unless your upgrading due to bugs.
 
I stated that above. updated some of the mods in the pack, and they required the updated forge

Not a mod pack bug then - as this is something bugging after you done changes.

Re-post under tech support + give exact information + logs
