When I go on my computer I go through my files and everything but I can't seem to find the mindcrack launcher (I think that's what it's called) so how do I get on to my mindcrack/FTB game?!?!

Open the ftb launcher and go to the modpacks tab and the mindcrack pack should be one of the options, select it and press launch, if you haven't added your login info add it. If mindcrack wasn't showing up in the list of modpacks it may have just been a temporary issue. If you don't have the launcher you can download it from feed-the-beast.com
I Found the launcher, but now, I have to redownload the modpack and updates every time I open it?!
You shouldn't have to, post the console log to pastebin after launching and closing minecraft.
