Go with the first three letters of your first name and last name. For example, if your name was Arnold Schwarzenegger, you'd be Arnsch. Feel free to add a vowel if needed.
Ainilam, or Ainulam, or Ainalam if you're into those 'a's could all work. I'd say those all sound good, although Ainlam sounds nice as well.
