Details of the issue Hello everyone,

So as the title says. I can't start my server. If I use my own IPv4 adres the server does work but my friends can't join. Only I can. Here is a list with things I already tried:
1. Hamachi
2. Empy server ip in server.properties
3. Different port
4. Turning off firewall
5. Allowing Minecraft to firewall
6. Used ATLauncher and also FTB Launcher for Crackpack
7. Tunngle

I did try to port forward it but that didn't work either. Further more I am definatly 100% sure that I don't want to port forward it or anything again.

Is there someone that could help me?

Thanks!

Well the best solution is a port forward. If you don't want to do that then I recommend you find a hosting company and have the server hosted elsewhere.

Not sure if problem is the network because your log show that MC is failing to start because something else has already using port MC was trying to use.

Following this observation:
Please make sure that you properly shut down your Minecraft server using the stop command, before closing the console window.
Also make sure that no other program is using port 25565 (however I've never heard of one using that one by default.)
