Summary of the problem Crafting Recipe not working

Pack Version 1.2.1

What is the bug? Recipe in the Phytogenic Insolator for growing Nether Wart is not working. You put the requite things into the machine according to JEI/NEI what's it called, and nothing happens. Tried other recipes and they work just fine.

Mod & Version Thermal Expansion 5.0.4.90

Is it repeatable? It's not working no matter what I try. All attempts fail.

I believe you need the Augment: nether substrate (or something to that effect) for nether wart.
