I placed an ultimate charge station next to a wire that has 512+ going through it and it exploded but it glitched out and the explosion is still going. How can i fix it?

Remove the cables, and the source of the energy, see if it helps

Unloading the area will take care of the repeating explosions.

Remove chunkloaders and leave for a minute.
