Title Need help allocating more RAM to SkyBlock Server.

Details of the issue RAM is not going paste 1G how do i increase it to 6G?
 
Default settings should be 3gb - and that is set in settings.bat/settings.sh

How are you starting your server?

It says WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe at the top of the window does that mean its running 32-bit java? I have 64 bit java downloaded how do I make sure it opens in 64?
