does anyone here know how to make a charged creeper in ftb beyond? I'm trying to make the tome of alkahestry but I need to have an eye of the storm (10% drop chance from Charged creeper). I don't have much stuff since I am wanting to tome (since it can dupe gold) so if anyone has any help that would be nice.
 
I saw PSI but I couldnt muster a thought about what that is... what does that mean?
