slow grass growth and leaf fall

hey guys,

do u know whats wrong when the grass respawns realy slowy and the foliage need hours to fall on the ground ?

using Mindcrack 8.2 with MCPC+ and LightVote, WorldEdit, PEX, Essentials, Buycraft

It's definitely something in MCPC+, but my ticket was closed for some reason. If more people report the issue, perhaps the author will take a better look at the problem?

some of the devs told me in the bukkit.yml to set this aggregate-chunkticks: 0 . This helped with sugar cane growth for my server, might help you too not sure.

It might be my imagination, it still seems slow in 244, BUT! after taking @MomoNasty 's advice everything seems to be running fine.
