This is my PC spec with a Nvidia GEFORCE 940 m

When I run on my server hosted by creeperhost with the zombie pigman package, I only get about 10 FPS,

This covers pretty much all the specs, anyone have any ideas where can I adjust or what to do please, I love FTB i just want to play in a more smoother environment, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

What Options have you choosed ingame ?
1 - Try Removing the "Addition Java Parametres" make it [blank]
2 - Try setting VSync = False or True
3 - Try Setting your fps to 120 or 60 or unlimited

Minecraft is derpy when fps is hard set, unlimited is pretty much always the way to go.

Might just be me that's a complete nab and cant find it in all the pictures, but what modpack are you actually trying to run?
Because with a very large pack the performance you describe is probably to be expected with the CPU you have.
