FTB Infinity Evolved lags tremendously

Details of the issue:
Every time I open the modpack I have to install everything again and once I get into a world I lag to the point where I can't even play. I get 0-9fps so I can't even play and it also takes up 70%-85% of my PC. Idk what the problem is. I upgraded to a different version of java so maybe that might be the issue? ​

Logs? PC Specs? Have you added any other mods? How much RAM do you have allocated to FTB? Right now we can only guess what's causing the lag.

I have an i5 4460k, GT 720 gpu and 2GB allocated for FTB.. do you need the log for when I get into the world or a different one?

I actually just fixed my problem. Allocated 5GB instead of 2GB. I'll probably end up going up to the max ram anyway. Appreciate the help anyway man!
