51 I currently have 11 human body parts stored 4 of them are ears, 3 of them are eyeballs, 1 kidney, 1 lung, 1 leg and an arm :P
 
50 well, some parts come from people whose parts I replaced with bionics one (thus made them better). Others come from prisoners that had the worst stats. (don't blame me for removing them before they where needed, I have only 6 prison cells I can use :p (also if they are disassembled they don't need food))
 
44 the game doesn't allow giving animals new parts and the game doesn't allow to harvest someones brain :P
