Dear Reader-

My problem seems to be that when login into my friend's Ultimate 0.1.3v server I crash or login and then crash. I have tried and tried to figure out the problem but seems im not finding it. I know for a fact it is not my:
player.dat
The server itself because others play on it without problem.

Im think this is client sided or more computer sided.
I have a:

Mac OS X
Version: 10.6.8
Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4GB 1067 Mhz DDR3
Startup Disk: 106uss

I have been able to play all other FTB modpacks so far. I have heard that it was an NEI bug but I don't know and have yet to try without NEI. This could be just due to the fact that Ultimate is not ready for major release and still in beta testing but im hoping this will be fixed.

With great regards and respect,

P.S. I do not have a crash file because my minecraft does not seem to prompt me with one. Sorry about that.

Please remember, the Ultimate pack is a beta.

Yup. Mentioned that in my post but I im more worried and thinking of the chance that it is my computer acting up. I have yet to try it out on my other mac computers but I know other mac users who don't have problems like this but then again like you said this is just a Beta. Im patient and will wait, I just want to see what people's input is.

  • Launch the FTB launcher
  • Launch minecraft
  • Attempt server login
  1. Log file is in the ultimate mod-pack folder
  2. Crash log is in a folder called crash report
  3. Please post one/both to pastebin, and I'll(We) see what we can do.

You mean as in the log that follows up the launcher log in? I can try that if that is what you want.

When you start minecraft, the console log should also open up. If not, you can select the option to start it in the options tab. That will let you see what is going on. The log should be in the minecraft folder of the modpack you are using. Forge-log- somethingoranother-0.log Don't remember exactly the name) Make sure to grab the log with the "0" in it.
