Aroma1997 Backup System

Hi guys, on the server we have the Aroma1997 mining world and we are using the backup that he as, but every time he does the backup (every 2 hours) we always get an time out.

Is there a way to prevent the time out?

The ram isn't the problem, the CPU goes to 100% when the backup is running and the RAM stays at top 25%
