Endermen Teleporting

So I'm trying to make an overworld endermen farm with a spawner, but I cant keep them from tping even when they are dying instantly (they glitch out and look dead). I need a way to keep them from TPING, there is the sigil of endermen severance, but I don't know if it can work outside of a player inventory. Any idead
Modpack is Basic Infinity.

Botania has a flower that forces them to teleport to it. I forget the name, but it works quite well.

If you have MFR in the pack, the Grinder auto-kills endermen with no chance of making them teleport

Ender IO also has a block that (when given a "soul") will keep mobs near it.

They don't register iron spikes as damage, so this don't make them teleport

I think you need the upgraded version of the spikes, as the iron ones don't drop loots, I believe.

Mobs drop loot when killed by Iron Spikes, they don't drop experience

I've never had any issues with fall damage- so keep it simple and stick to splatting them from a great height.
