Hey guys,

I'm currently playing FTB Infinity Evolved in singleplayer and a friend asked me to join his server. However, I built serveral buildings which took me about a week in total. My friend said he would import them, if there is an easy way.

So my question is: Is there an easy way? The only two things coming to my mind would be AE2 and spatial drives or the architect table from buildcraft. Would it be possible to transfer my buildings through one of these?

Architect table is the best option. I know it has the ability to export blueprints so they can be accessed cross worlds, but I'm not sure how.

That was my guess as well. I've managed to create blueprints of my stuff and to reconstruct it through the Builder Block. There's still a tiny problem though.

I've created a new world and copied the blueprint files over. But how do I get them in my inventory now?
I can only find blank blueprints through NEI. I've tried the Electronic Library but they're not in there :(

I thought there was a block in the mod that had this covered. The electronic library or something. could be wrong though.

"Bluepringt Library"?

Yeah. I made a mistake. Thought I have to copy the files from inside the world folder to the new world.
Instead you use the Electronic Library and save your blueprints in this. If you connect to a new server you can copy the blueprints from there since the blueprints are saved in your local minecraft instance.

So here are the steps for anyone looking to do this:

1. Use the architect table to create a blueprint of your building.
2. Scan this blueprint with the electronic library.
3. Connect to any MC-Server with the same instance and copy the blueprint from the electronic library.
4. Use a Builder Block and let it build your blueprint.

If you want to move your blueprints to a new instance:

1. Use the architect table to create a blueprint of your building.
2. Scan this blueprint with the electronic library.
3. Go into your minecraft folder and copy the blueprints directory to the new instance.
4. Connect to any MC-Server with the same instance and copy the blueprint from the electronic library.
5. Use a Builder Block and let it build your blueprint.

But be aware that it could get confused with block IDs if you do this.

No matter what you want to do, the table can't copy blocks from some mods so keep your houses built out of standard minecraft blocks or you might loose some blocks.

This is good info. A friend was looking to do something like this recently. His structure is mostly Vanilla, but it is quite large. Do you happen to know the limits? Google knows, but having it in this thread will make for nice reference when we get ready to do it.
