Bug DragonAPI v9b Crash

Hi guys!

Yesterday, i was on direwolf20 1.7.0 modpack...I was bored so i decided to add :
-DragonAPI v9b
-RotaryCraft v9b
-ReactorCraft v9b
I decided to launch the modpack.
I received a error:"Reika/DragonAPI/Interfaces/OreType$OreRarity"

thank you for your answers! I tried to disable forestry. I crashed" forestry:any". I think some mods are developped by the same developper... Could you tell me mods of forestry dev pls? I did my researches but i didn't find anythink.
my english is aweful...
 
ok sorry for the double post guys. I finally found the forestry dev mods.I have a last problem. When I start Minecraft, it crashes. In the crash-report I see:

"RotaryCraft was not installed correctly:
CONFLICT: Potion IDs: com.emoniph.witchery.brewing.potions.PotionSpiked@11af3160 @ 35 (PotionSpiked & FreezePotion)
Check your IDs and change them if possible.
This is NOT a mod bug. Do not post it or ask for support or you will look lazy or extremely foolish.."
I'm absolutly not lazy .I tried to delete rotarycraft's config files but it still say me that
 
ok sorry for the triple post XD.I changed some potions ids and its working!A huge thank for your quick answers.
