Use of Steam?

Besides being used for Steam Engines and Steam Turbine, what else is the use of Steam?
Also beside powering the RailCraft stuff

What else would you expect it to do? It's gaseous water, not liquid UUM. The industrial steam engines are awesome.

Agreed, but like what else is it used for?

Nothing else. It is a power source. It has no other purpose. The usefulness of a steam boiler is that you get more output than if you had just used engines or generators.
