how can i take items out of my ender chest and put it through a sorting machine with pneumatic tubes which will go into barrels?

sorting machine or
wooden pipe with autartic/redstone engine to a buffer or relay

can you go into a little more detail? Like at first ive tried filter then a sorting machine but i messed with all the settings in sorting machine and i think i pulled about 3 items out and nothing else, and i did have the alloy wire.

place a sorting machine right next to your chest.
then activate the internal timer and put it on the flower mode.
I am now starting minecraft so I can make a screenshot for you.

stil does not work with that, but thanks anyways. Something is wrong with my world where it does not update... for instance if i get a bucket, get water from a lake, then the lake will just have an empty hole until i relog which is weird.

Or another example is if a sapling grows then i may not see the leaves with wood only, or may not see the wood and leaves only, or wont see both.
