Details of the issue:
The server seems to be stuck at a very high CPU usage level. I have no issues running other modpacks on this computer, even some much more intensive. The CPU is at a constant 250% and only flickers a little. I don't have any logs, just because it doesn't crash, just serious block lag and mob lag.​
 
Who is your server host? If you are hosting the server on your own hardware, what are the specs of the hardware(especially CPU. Please give model/model number of the CPU)?
