For some reason the world and stuffs must of overwritten or something. It was supposed to just generate Nether Ores on new chunks in the Nether. The only way to fix it at this point is to restore from backups (if you taken any that is..). Otherwise you need to start all over, this is why I include daily backuping and 3 days backups for whole Minecraft servers within my service so people don't need to worry too much about resetting all over.
 
UPDATE: i remember yestersya in the server.properties i removed the server name but i went on the server and did ./mv import world normal then did ./mvtp world and everything was there , but no one has there hot barsss

You may just need to reinstall everything and start out fresh.. I am guessing some sort of corruption got into your server data. You could first try to reinstall everything but the world. Then reset the world/restore from backup as a last resort if that doesn't do the trick.
 
Okay, could i keep it how it is for now and just give back everyones stuff they had in there hot bar?

Yes if it just the items disappeared (I thought the hot bars were not showing at all) then that will do the trick. If items are disappearing relogging in and all that drama then I would advise to take the steps I said to get it corrected.
 
What i was trying is to get the world from multiverse and import go to it in this new one but , i managed to do it a while ago and everyones homes where there but now it just keeps crashing, and i really dont want to lose everyones stuff :(

If you cannot load the world successfully then you only option is to resort to your backup if you taken any, but if you didn't then a reset is the only solution left. Then just take this as a loss and either take backups yourself or get a service like my that include this service for you to prevent it from recurring.

it wants data about a dimension that does not exist.

 
hey ive just started go get quite a bit of lag like tps is dropping to 14.. when peeeps are in twightlight or just overworld ive just added another 4gb see if that helps but know anyway i can reduce lag?
 
tps is at 20 in overworld then someoen joined who was in the twightlight and tps dropped to 14/15.. any ideas why and how i can stop it lagging

As another person mentioned in another thread more RAM doesn't means a faster server. There are two reasons why lag would occurs you either bottle necking at the CPU and/or IOPS (because HDDs cannot deliver data fast enough). These are your options.
1. Simply reduce the amount of worlds (aka disabling the TW Forrest)
2. Upgrade your computer
3. Or simply get hosting service (My own service that I mentioned about for example use E3 1240v3 CPU and RAID 1 SSDs that will handle just about anything you throws at it.)

Okay ill think about them options then, also people are saying when they shoot a portal gun at the ground it auto think its shot at the moon and sucks them in..
 
In my experience Twilight has been quite laggy and I have usually disabled it.
You should be able to disable the moon portal in the portal gun config.
 
In your server folder is a config folder, there should be a config file for portal gun.
