I can only imagine it wanted a way to controll other things outside our universe..
But you can't fix that.. Uhh...
Maybe something like.. Oran berries, Or... Pokepuffs Or even Pokeblocks!
Or just the dead soul of an pokemon that is on the evil side.. Like you..

This is true and untrue
Celebi has no gender. But she likes to be called a female. Cause she looks like one and likes the gender better
Legendary pokemon can have genders (I HAVE ONE!!!, Also latios.)
