Ages ago there was the "No Topic Thread", which was in this subforum, for this purpose. All threads of similar purposes get locked, unless there is a set purpose. I would highly suggest a conversation. You can set it to "Allow all members to invite users" or something of the sort.Is it though? I added "Chat" to the title with thag purpose.
