Well for those asking "is mine ok." I did a little thing for you.
First off both of you are more than double the "size" stipulated in the OP, and approaching double the size of @Gideonseymour 's sig
Here are two imgur links. I have put lines over the images. Green line is the "about 4 lines" that jaded mentioned. The blue line is the size of Gideon's sig which is "about as large as acceptable" and the red line is yours.

yeah thats a bit too big . The image alone is bigger than the stated 150 height. Its 165px high. Add in the text and yes, yours is too big. I'd personally drop the image to 100 high and then the whole thing will be fine.[DOUBLEPOST=1413000508][/DOUBLEPOST]
Oooo can you give me the guide things? I can post those and just go.. "use this for size guide" <3[DOUBLEPOST=1413000628][/DOUBLEPOST]Its really one of those, "If you are inside standards you're good, outside standard size... you might be ok, depending on if its images and bright font or exactly how distracting it is.

While we're on the subject, I'd personally like to see spoiler tags in signatures de-emphasized (in terms of color/weight). Them being identical to their in-post counterparts makes it hard to differentiate between the post and the signature at a glance.
