Someone tried to connect a conductive pipe to a GregTech machine. Fixed in 1.5.2 version, in 1.4.7 GregTech machines do not catch the fact that they do not have the Pneumatic Upgrade and just do nothing instead it throws this error. At the moment the official fix is to backup the save and use MCEdit, or a similar program, to remove the pipe and/or GregTech machine. The machine is at 'Block location: World: (2410,65,1580)' If the user wants to place a conductive pipe in that way they either need to use a Pneumatic Upgrade in the machine or they could try to shield the machine from connecting to the pipe with a microblock. I have not tested blocking it with a microblock myself.
