Saving mini-map and waypoint data after upgrades...

All,

I'm running FTB on a Mac. Every time there is a server upgrade, I lose all my map stored data of where I've been, and waypoints. I make sure to press the backup data each time, but those two items get removed. Does anyone know the name of the files that need to be put back into the folders, and where FTB is storing the backup?

There is some type of unique ID used with servers. When the server is updated that ID changes and causes this issue. Look in your FTB folder for the pack then look in journeymap/data/mp. You will see folders for map data and waypoints. The newest folder should be the current folder in use with that server. Copy your waypoint and map data from one of the older folders to the newest folder.
