Recommended Specs for a Small Server

Hi I'm looking to set up a small server for my friends and myself, If I wanted to run a server with modpacks how much RAM should i be using, I assume it to be a large amount, especially if I want to run more RAM hungry modpacks like Hubris. So for a server with a maximum of 6 players, what type of specs should I have to run modpacks like Hubris and Blood and Bones

3-4GB should be a good start on such packs, then you can up the amount should things get "crazy" in the server.
