Questions about MCPC Plugins

Hey there,

I've noticed a plugin floating around a few server's but haven't yet managed to put my finger on it.
The name of the plugin is "UnleashedGP" From what I can tell it is an addon for GriefPrevention.
Can anyone link me to this plugin and/or tell me where to find it.
