NEI Config help

Hey guys,

I need help configuring NEI on a per-player basis. I need to restrict access to certain functions for certain people. I've tried this before by doing as it says in the config and adding individual names, but I guess I got the formatting wrong because nobody in the config could use any functions of NEI. Any advice would be appreciated.

would love to do this aswell have tried granting with names or permission groups etc nothing works....i've attempted with stock server jar and with mcpc which we use so we can have lwc and pex....would be awsome for some help
