looking to split a server

I have recently colocated a server I had around the house to a data center. the server is a well speced machine,more then enough for just for my small server and one simple rails app. I was wondering if anyone would like to split it with me.
The benefits:
Intel Xeon E3 1245v2​
4 cores​
3.4GHz+​
32 Gg​
DDR3​

Based in canada, But from saint louis I get a 51 ping.​
I already have my stuff visualized so it should be easy to split​
The downside:​
little to no support. ​

Exactly where in Canada is it, what OS is it running? What share of the resources would I have access to, and at what pricing?

Do you have HyperThreading disabled? Because you say 4 cores, but that chip has 8 threads.

Quebec, its set up with openvz so take your pick between debian6-minimal debian-6 centos-6.4, although adding something specific wold not be difficult. Im willing to part with up to half of the resources. The chip does have 8 threads and the kernel does support HTT, I just meant 4 physical cores. If interested Ill msg you?

I am still running one and its online, just meant to be a smaller server, I can msg you the info
